Love the container, but miss the all-stainless lid
I waited for months for these insulated canisters to be released. Got the 16-oz. and loved that the lid was all-stainless, so no plastic in contact with or sweating on my food contents. Purchased a couple of the 80-oz. later and was disappointed to find this is no longer the case--inside of lid is now plastic. Admittedly, it does insulate better, but stainless over plastic is more important to me and I can compensate for the insulation by carrying the container in a small cooler. Please bring back the lids with the stainless interior.

Over priced
Workmanship is not impressive. There are visible seams on the inside and one seam is not flush. Competitor's are seamless, lower in cost and work just as great. You've lost a customer for over inflated prices. You'd think that customer service was part of the pricing. Customer service is non existent. Where's my RMA??

Where is the maintenance kit for this item?
I’ve had this size food jar for 5 years and I love it but the gasket tore while I was cleaning the lid and I need a new one. Why is there no replacement gasket available for this product?

Toasty warm kid's lunch
I purchased an insulated food canister for my kid's lunch box and it keeps food warm for hours. I trust the brand and based on my experience with their other products, I knew it wouldn't disappoint me. My only suggestion is more colors like their bottles and maybe better grip design for kids. I know this product is for adults, but my kid loves it for mac and cheese.

Keeps food impressively cold!
I packed ice cream into the canister and was thrilled to find it PERFECTLY frozen 4 hours later. This is a great addition to my food storage containers!

Very disappointed
I bought this two years ago to bring hot soup with me when I went skiing. I put the hot soup in the container and when I went to have lunch I couldn’t open it and neither could anyone else that was with me that day. I finally got it opened at night when it had cooled off. This happened a second time when I trod it again. I’m very disappointed with this product. It was very expensive
