Great quality but not laser etched
Same great quality I have grown to expect from Klean but the art is not laser etched so it will likely disappear over time.

Good products - excellent support - great insulation
Have one complaint and one suggestion. The complaint concerns trying to drink a rather thick smoothie from your threaded open/close top for your insulated containers - the smoothie is too thick to come through - no problem with water, coffee, juice, etc., but once the liquid gets thick - nothing. 2) the stainless water bottle is excellent - the bamboo/steel top is great - the plastic top is just slightly too small in diameter to get a good grip to open the water bottle - the diameter of the water bottle lip is just a touch larger than the cap and this makes unscrewing the plastic top difficult - the plastic top should be the same diameter as the steel/bamboo top - this is particularly important if age has reduced grip strength - great bottle, good size and durable - the plastic top needs a slight reworking.

Great tumbler
This is a great tumbler and it's easy to clean. My only issue is that it is difficult to insert and remove the cap.

love the calavera design!
I collect the calavera design and snapped up the tumbler the instant i saw it! It came within two days, so that was a nice surprise. The lid/cap on the tumbler isn't great. It leaks when I take a sip of my drink and makes a mess. Consequently, I only used the tumbler for a couple if days and it sits on the shelf. It does keeo my beverage cold; have not tried hot drink.

Amazing tumbler - keeps drinks hot for hours!
I love my new tumbler...as a busy mom, I would make myself a cup of tea, only to find it cold because I didn't have time to drink it! This tumbler keeps my tea hot for hours, while the outside stays completely cool. I love the Calavera design as well. I highly recommend this product!

I love the art!
I wanted a tumbler that a little unique and this fits the bill. I use this whenever I commute to work and store Jamba Juice, and helping reduce waste in my own little way. You should have the option to get a tumbler with the straw set next time. :)

Awesome design
Tumbler keeps hot drinks hot and no need for a sleeve to protect my hands. Super cool design gets a ton of comments. Love the silicone straw and lid for cold drinks and everything is super easy to clean. Trip to the coffee shop is covered....

Love my tumbler!!!
As with all of your insulated products it keeps the liquid hot or cold for extended periods of time. I love the artwork on this tumbler very much. The only thing that could make it better would make it black with white or gold artwork.
