LOVE the 360 Pour
I got this thermos a couple weeks ago and was a bit skeptical at first about the 360 pour feature. I mostly wanted it for the size (it holds soooo much tea) and the impressive hot/cold hours. However, after using it nearly every day since then, I can safely say that 1) it definitely keeps my tea hot all day long, and 2) the 360 pour feature is incredibly useful. I simply unscrew the cap a little bit, tilt the thermos, and my tea pours out smoothly into the cap cup. The pour makes it easy-to-control the amount of liquid and definitely decreases the risk of spilling. I find myself doing it all day long. Needless to say, I'm drinking a lot of tea. Thanks for a great product!

Quite disappointed
I bought this bottle to replace an existing one because I liked the design, the size, the fact its plastic-free and thought its a premium quality product in terms of thermal performance. Well, it's not what I expected. The design is nice but the thermal performance is clearly not as advertised. After less than 24hrs the hot water turns cold. When I touch the cap its warm at all times, clearly losing heat and not insulating as expected. To be honest, for the price I paid, I'm quite disappointed. Its worse than my old 10yrs old bottle.

My husband loves this!
I bought this to make soups and/ or to store hot water for tea/coffee. My husband just came home yesterday and said “I love this thermos “ the food is still hot, which we have tried many other thermoses that say the stay hot but didn’t. So this lives up to its claims!! I was hoping to buy the food canister with the wide mouth for the soup, but unfortunately they were sold out at the time of purchase. So saying this, when my husband uses the thermos for soup, it’s kinda tricky getting the soup into the thermos, but it can be done. But the lid to the thermos serves as the perfect bowl for the soup! Great product ! Thanks

Awesome! However......
I bought TKPro a month ago. I work 3rd shift so hot coffee is very important to me. I was very excited to receive my TKPro and used it the very first night I received it. It did not disappoint! I filled the TKPro around 9pm. I poured my first cup of coffee at 1:15am. It was steaming hot! Poured my second cup at 4am. Still piping hot! Last cup at 7am still hot! My only concern is that after 3 weeks of use the TKPro stopped providing hot coffee even at my 1:15am cup. I contacted customer service and they immediately responded and are sending me a new unit. As long as this new unit works as well and lasts longer I can fully endorse this product.

Perfect
Easy to use, easy to clean. Coffee is still drinkably hot the next day. We used it to get a head start on brewing & serving coffee at Thanksgiving, and I’ve used it almost every day since.

I love this thing!
I bought my TKPro recently and cannot day enough great things about its performance. It does exactly what I expected. The integrated cup is a bonus, and the pour through cap is nice in comparison to previous lids I’m used to on the standard insulated Klean Kanteen. I use it primarily at home because traveling with the large version is impractical, but I’m sure if I had a smaller one it would work just as well. The only suggestion I have is to incorporate a way to carry it or attach it via clip top. Some accessory would be ok in my opinion, but an integrated component on the lid (maybe a pop up tab???) would be one less thing to lose.

Excellent Canteen - needs a spare silicone gasket
The container is great, and works as advertised. Easy to hold and pour. The twist and pour cap is perfect and keeps my coffee hot for hours. The silicone gasket on the twist and pour cap quickly discolored and holds the smell of coffee. A second gasket would be helpful so another liquid will not have the taste or smell of coffee.

INSULATED TKPRO issue with hot water
1 week before, I bought INSULATED TKPRO (1 liter) capacity with black shell online in USA.
Initially I was wondering about the product that keeps the water hot for 36 hrs as mentioned in your cover page.
1) I tried this bottle with hot (not warm) water which got completely cold after 12 hrs.
2) The black shell becomes warm once filled with hot water. so the container is not completely insulated.
3) the product seems working below its working abilities .
please guide me about it
