Personalization Policies
Text or artwork submitted for engraving on our products cannot be unlawful, harmful, threatening, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, is not connected to any political affiliations, associations or candidates, does not infringe on any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any third party. All custom, personalized orders will be reviewed. If any of the above terms are violated, your entire order will be cancelled.
No edits or changes can be made once you have submitted your order. Any adjustments to an order should be made prior to submitting the order. Customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sales of customized products are final.
- Processing time for personalized items is 5 business days plus shipping.
- All personalization is done with laser engraving.
- Personalization is NOT available on printed, pattern or graphic bottles, only solid colors or brushed finish.
- Personalization is NOT available on bundles, sets or kits.
- We are unable to use special characters or emojis in names. Please use standard English characters only.
- Engraving on all products is on the same side as Klean Kanteen logo, as shown in your preview. With the exception of Rise Drinkware, which is engraved on the reverse side.
- During peak times, orders containing personalized items may experience slower processing time and take 8-10 business days to ship.

Please check preview carefully before ordering! Laser etching may not appear exactly as dark as shown, especially on brushed and certain lighter colors. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final. Please select quantities before adding to cart. Personalization cost is $10 per item.
