Does this fit a 20 oz insulated bottle?

Hey George. Depends on which 20oz style you have? Hello, I just bought a classic 18oz bottle with the sports cap for my almost five year old. For the very first wash for the sports cap, is it okay to wash it as is with just soap and water, or do I need to disassemble it (e.g., take out the valve) to clean it completely? Thank you!

I suggest boiling the cap (make sure the spout is open so water can flow through) for 5-7 minutes and then proceed to remove the cap with tongs and place on a drying rack. Alternatively, they be placed on the top rack of the dishwasher or a standard wash with warm water and mild soap.

I'm going to ask what I feel is a silly question, but I have to be sure. Are these caps with the removable spout compatible with my *insulated* classic? All of the photos show it only with the non-insulated, & I don't want to order the wrong thing. Thanks so much!

Is the Sport Cap adapted to young child (2 years old) ?

Hey Pascal! The Sport Cap is not intended for children 3 and under, mainly because of the spout and children like to chew and bite on things. Also not intended for chewing or teething. Always use this product with adult supervision. Always ensure the silicone valves are properly installed. Adult assembly required.

Hi, All of our caps and Kanteens can be recycled. The clear/white silicone gaskets and air vents are the only things on our caps that are not recyclable.

Can you purchase replacements for the gaskets in the sports cap. I believe that is what it is called? Our little clear plastic part fell out and now it leaks, but is in otherwise perfect condition.

Hi! I've bought two separate sport cap 3.0 from a Swedish retailer. Both of them have a squeaking sound coming from the valve when I drink. The cap included when I bought my flask (also sport cap 3.0) doesn't have the squeaking sound at all, only a low more muffled sound. Have you had any issues with this? Is there a workaround?
