"I have had this bottle nearing 4 years now, the seal finally broke and I was worried that I’d have to get a new water bottle all-together. Since I loved this brand so much, I decided to look for a replacement. It was out of stock at the time but I input for a reminder whenever it came back in stock (not a very long wait at all). After this, I ordered and it arrived swiftly and I am back to drinking water regularly :) thanks"

"This has been sold out since I last looked over the summer of 2025. I have a special needs son with oral sensory seeking tendencies and he chews his straws off. My 5 twist top tumblers have become useless without new straws. I contacted KK and they were not helpful. Couldn’t provide a date of when they would be restocked, didn’t offer to contact me if and when they are or replace the tumblers. Just sort of shrugged their shoulders and said bye."
Silicone straw tip problems
"The price plus shipping should be lower. I've had two silicone straw tips rip in in the same place. You should offer to send a pack of 3, or 5, without the ring and vent piece, for a minimal charge, or free. I like my water bottle but this problem with the way the silicone straw tip is constructed, or how it must be pulled by the hanging part to get it into the cap after washing (or those two together), is a design flaw."
