"I’ve had the smaller, brushed (silver) version of this water bottle for so many years until I accidentally lost it. I love this larger version and the black makes it look quite sleek. I highly recommend always leaving it open to dry after use because I didn’t with my previous one and even though it still worked completely fine, there was some discoloration inside. Great product!"

Perfect line of bottles

"These waterbottles are top tier. No frills, just a sturdy, well-made bottle. I love how the entire body is stainless steel, since painted ones will eventually chip off and can contain heavy metals. I love how well the lids work and the fact that no plastic touches the water. It also is a great size and the lids and silicone pieces can all be replaced. Also they only have 2 lid sizes that fit every single bottle on the site. I have 2 tk pro thermoses, a smaller non insulated water bottle and the half gallon insulated and non insulated. All of them work perfect and are everything I need for my job and lifestyle. Thanks again !"

Is it fine to fill boiling water into this Klean Kanteen Wide 64?
Hi, Daniel, yes, you can fill the Kanteen with boiling water. We recommend waiting a few minutes before putting the cap on, as the heat can create a vapor lock and make the cap difficult to remove. Of course, the bottle will be hot-to-the-touch, as it is a single-wall design. Thanks for your question!
Is there any lids that fit with the Klean Kanteen Wide 64 oz water bottle other than the one it comes stock with ?
Hello, Thanks for your question. The 64oz is only compatible with the Wide Loop Cap that comes with the bottle.
How long it keeps water cold?
Hello, The single wall Wide 64oz is only intended to keep water at a neutral temperature. We do not advise placing hot liquids in our single wall Kanteen as the heat can produce on the exterior as well as condensation for ice liquids. Any of our bottles that state insulated under our logo on the Kanteen are double walled and will keep liquids hot or cold for an extended period of time and will not produce condensation/heat on the exterior.
Is this good for boiling water in?
Hi there, In a pinch, single-wall Classic and single-wall Wide bottles (with the Brushed Stainless finish) can be placed on a fire or stove as long as you remove the cap. Do not do this with a painted bottle, it will damage the paint. Heating an Insulated Kanteen is not advised, will damage the bottle and voids the warranty.

Will the TKWide Chug Cap work with this bottle?
Hi there, The Chug Cap is only compatible with our TKWIDE Collection since the threading is internal verses external on the Wide Mouth Kanteens.
The manual says no dairy for extended periods. Can I use for milk while camping? 5-7 days max?
Hi, The Kanteen can be used for dairy products. Dairy products are more sensitive in general as they need to be kept at a cooler temperature or it will spoil in warm conditions. The 18/8 stainless steel in our Kanteen is food grade safe so it will not compromise dairy products. Since the Kanteen is single walled and not insulated, it will last as long as it would compare to glass container or another container sitting out. It is up to your discretion and comfort level on how long you would like to keep the dairy products in the Kanteen.
