Barring catastrophe, we expect your Klean Kanteen to give you many years of faithful service, and we want to know if it has somehow failed to deliver. We go to great lengths to create a truly superior product, but we also know that on occasion, things go awry.
If you have an issue with your Klean Kanteen please follow the process below which will allow us to quickly remedy any problem you may have.
Normal wear and tear, including scratches and dents, are not covered under the Klean Kanteen warranty. Accessories made by other manufacturers, such as ChicoBag™ and Nite Ize™, are covered by the warranty of the original manufacturer. They only qualify for warranty return through Klean Kanteen if purchased from www.kleankanteen.com.
Please note, if you have purchased directly from kleankanteen.com within the last 30 days and would like to return or exchange, please fill out the return/exchange form.
If you purchased your Kanteen (or accessory) from a retailer, it is often easier to return it to the retailer, avoiding shipping charges/impact and the hassle of being without your Kanteen. If you bought your Kanteen (or accessory) directly from us, we’ll replace the product for you or issue you a merchandise credit.
