Why isn’t my coupon code working?
Verify that the coupon code is entered exactly as shown, without spaces. Additionally, verify the date you are using the code falls within the applicable date rage and that you have not already used the code. How do I know if my order was processed?
Before checking out, make sure to double-check the information you entered is accurate - especially your email address. If you have successfully placed a purchase, you will immediately be sent a confirmation email receipt with your order information. If you have placed multiple orders, you will receive a confirmation email for each individual order successfully placed. If you placed an order and have not received a confirmation email check your email is entered correctly in My Account. Can I cancel or change my order?
We try to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications that change the cost of an order. If you would like to cancel or make a change (like switching a color) to your order, please contact us via phone at 1-800-767-3173 or email email@example.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify an order.
