I really love this bottle

"I was looking for a healthy alternative to plastic and aluminum and ended up on the Klean Kanteen website after reading several good reviews. I love mine. Not only am I not worried about health problems from longterm exposure to chemicals in plastic or aluminum, but it's got other bonuses too. It's easy to clean, really sturdy, the water always tastes clean (water in plastic never tastes good to me), and I got the green one so it fits my style aesthetically. Except my little sister has the same one and we always get them mixed up. I need a cool sticker or something. Long story short, I love this water bottle. I take it everywhere."

Long Lasting

"I have one of these water bottles and had to get another. Keeps my water cool all day. It’s durable, I’ve dropped it a lot and it’s barely noticeable. The straw even lasts, it’s been 4+ years and it only has a small tear in it. I love the straw can be closed off from the environment. The ability to clean every part of the top is amazing! I’ve noticed slight manufacturing differences in the top like the straw gets stuck or the handle is looser than my old one, but those don’t impact the usefulness."

"This is The jug I keep next to my bed. It literally keeps my drink iced for days! I love the twist cap with the straw. We grow a garden in our yard, so fruit flies getting in the house is a problem. I twist my straw closed at night so I don't have to worry about bugs. Excellent quality, and completely leak proof. I have a 20 oz with a twist cap for during the day. This one's a bit big for my small hands to pack around. And doesn't fit in the cup holder in the car."

Will it fit in a cup holder?
Hello, this one is a bit wide for a standard cup holder.
Can the twist cap be used without the straw? Will it leak if I try to drink from it?
The Twist Cap is designed to but used with built-in steel straw, so liquid would not come out without the straw. It is leakproof when twisted closed.

Hi, I love drinking fizzy water. The instructions inside the bottle say not to use this for carbonated beverages. What is the reason for this?
Hi There, Correct. We do not suggest using carbonated beverages. the carbonation can cause pressure and cause the lid to seal to the bottle and not be removed or can cause pressure to pop that cap off .

Hello, We do not recommend hot liquid with the TKWIDE Twist Cap. The TKWide Kanteen is insulated and can be used for hot or cold liquids. The TKWIDE Café Cap is designed for hot and iced liquids.
Is there a full size straw in the 32 oz bottle or do you have to use an extender?
Hi there, If the Kanteen comes with the twist cap, then the metal straw will only be compatible with that size. If the twist cap is purchased separately as the accessory, the metal straw will fit the standard 12oz but will include a cut to fit extender piece. This piece can be attached to the base of the straw to fit the 16oz-32oz Kanteens.
