At Klean Kanteen, our goal is to reduce single use items, plain and simple. So we make products guaranteed to hold up to whatever life throws at them. Because we are proud of our products and our quality controls, we back our products with a 90-Day Strong as Steel Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with one of our products you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers, you can return it to the store you bought it from or contact us for repair parts, a replacement, or a refund within 90 days of the date of purchase.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, our Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser in the United States.
How to Claim The Guarantee
If you're experiencing any problem with your Klean Kanteen (or accessory), please first read our Care and Use page to make sure you're caring for and cleaning your bottle correctly. If that doesn't answer your question, or you are still unsatisfied with your Klean Kanteen (or accessory), please follow the instructions below:
- If you purchased your Klean Kanteen (or accessory) from an authorized seller, it is often easier to return it to the seller, avoiding shipping charges/impact or the hassle of being without your Klean Kanteen.
- If you purchased your Klean Kanteen (or accessory) directly from KleanKanteen.com or an authorized seller in the United States within the last 90 days and are dissatisfied with it and wish to make a guarantee claim, please fill out the form below. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase and a photo of your product. In certain circumstances, Klean Kanteen may request that you mail the product back to us for inspection; if such request is made, we’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label. You must submit your Guarantee request within 90 days from the date of purchase.

Klean Kanteen reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Klean Kanteen concludes that the purchaser has abused the Guarantee. Klean Kanteen may amend or terminate the Guarantee at any time without notice.
If you have any questions regarding whether a seller is an authorized seller of our products, please contact us. Please note that when purchasing our products on Amazon, our only authorized seller is “Pattern Professional” (product listings will indicate “ships from Amazon, sold by Pattern Professional”). When purchasing our products on Walmart, our only authorized seller is Walmart (product listings will indicate “sold and shipped by Walmart.com”). We have no authorized sellers on eBay.
