"High quality, entirely plastic free so I feel great drinking from it. Water is kept cold for a long time. It's my everyday, all day water bottle! I've dropped it a few times and it's held up great. Doesn't leak. My only complaint is the grating sound it makes when opening and closing but I don't think there's anything that can be done for that without silicone or something being added to the design."
"The Rise Reflect bottle looks and feels great, but it does have a few rust-colored spots. Shouldn't be hard to clean with a bottle brush. All-metal construction is cool, but the cap makes a grating sound when screwing / unscrewing. Also, not really a fault of the bottle itself but keep in mind that internal threads mean the surface on which you put your mouth is exposed to the elements even with the cap on."
"Disappointed. I bought this specifically to keep ice water cold while I'm golfing. The accompanying insert says it keeps cold liquids cold for many hours. Even with a few inches of ice cubes in the bottom, water doesn't stay cold beyond 2 hours. I haven't put hot liquids in it, though. I do like the construction, look, and the cork cap."

"I used to have a non insulated version I got about 15 years ago. These insulated ones are such an upgrade. They keep water cold outside on hot days. The personalized laser engraving is nice as well."
"I bought two of these when I was on a search for 100% plastic free insulated bottle for my hot matcha Starbucks order. I love everything about this bottle however my venti is 20oz and this is only 20oz so the barista ends up dumping some of my matcha to accommodate for foam and not overfilling it. Please make this in a bigger size (like the 27oz non-insulated bottle you have)."
